Core Privacy Promise: No Invoice Data Stored
NextZoto is a client-side tool. When you generate an invoice, all data (client names, addresses, prices, items) remains on your device. We do not save, backup, or view your invoices. Once you close the browser tab or download your PDF, that specific document data is completely removed from the browser's memory and is not stored on our servers.
Information We Collect
We believe in minimizing data collection. We only collect information in the following specific scenarios:
- Contact Forms: If you contact us directly via our "Contact Us" page, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
